  1. I loved this interview! Thank you for bringing it to us. “Spock’s World” and “Dark Mirror” were two of my all-time favorite Trek novels, and “Where No One Has Gone Before,” even though an early TNG episode, remains one of the ones I love most (as I wrote about here- http://thescifichristian.com/2012/10/the-great-tng25-theology-trek-where-no-one-has-gone-before/).

Ashamed though I am to admit it, I’ve never read the Rihannsu books. I will definitely have to remedy that!

I had to geek out a little when Ms. Duane talked about “even a good man has to go to war sometimes.” Can you imagine what she could do if turned loose on Doctor Who?! 🙂

Great episode – again, thank you!

  2. Delightful interview with Diane Duane. Thank you very much!

I’ve always wondered what Jim means in Romulan. (From “My Enemy, My Ally.”)

I hope Ms. Duane reveals this in a future novel.

    Best wishes!
